This closed butter silo features two augers powered by a single 2.2 kW motor and is equipped with a top lid (80 × 44 cm) with a safety contact sensor. The interior has a special non-stick finish to prevent butter adhesion, and the unit is fully CIP-cleanable with a DN100 butter outlet and 2.5" CIP connection. Operation is manual via an on/off switch with integrated safety sensors. The silo measures 186 × 100 × 168 cm and weighs 480 kg.
