High-pressure homogeniser with ball valve for viscous products, equipped with two stages and hydraulic pressure control. The machine operates with five pistons, each with a diameter of 38 mm (1.5") and a stroke of 115 mm, and is fully stainless steel cladded. It is powered by a 55 kW motor, allowing a maximum operating pressure of 280 bar in the current configuration.
The machine is fitted with an overpressure valve, an inlet filter, pressure gauges on both the inlet and outlet, an electronic pressure transmitter after the first stage, and an electronic pressure transmitter with pressure gauge after the second stage. A cooling-water flow switch is installed, as well as pulsation dampers with membranes on both the inlet and outlet. Sample valves are available before and after homogenisation, and the machine features 2.5" DIN inlet and outlet connections.
