Skid-mounted vacuum deaerator with tangential (side) inlet and partly double-jacketed tank. Equipped with vacuum pump, manometer, manual vacuum control valve, adjustable infeed valve (currently 12,000 L/h), and double condenser with internal ice-water-cooled spiral heat exchanger for condensation and flavor recovery.
