Vacuum deaerator, skid-mounted.
Tank with tangential (side) inlet, partially double-jacketed, equipped with vacuum pump, manometer, manually operated vacuum control valve, and adjustable inlet control valve (currently set at 12,000 l/h).
Fitted with a double condenser: internal ice-water-cooled spiral heat exchanger located in the upper section of the deaerator for condensation and aroma recovery.
Discharge pump: Tetra Pak Tetra LKH-25/190 FSS (serial no. 036472 – year of manufacture 2001 – 7.5 kW – impeller Ø 190 mm) – with flushed mechanical seal.
Deaerator unit capacity range: 8,000 – 20,000 l/h.
