machine offers for mostly the dairy industry. Machines which are used and in good
condition. We would like to continue doing so, and hope you are interested in

Useddairyequipment BV is responsible as the controller of your data which we collect

telephone number) and information such as your job title which we may request from
you. In addition, we collect the Personal Data you choose to provide to us, e.g. if you
contact us by email, through our website, exhibitions or any other means of electronic

the above listed purpose, your personal data may be accessible to and used by other
companies within the Lekkerkerker Group.
Useddairyequipment BV reserves the right to change this privacy statement, in order
to be able to continue to comply with law and regulations.
Your data will be retained for no longer than is necessary, with a maximum legal
retention period of 7 years. We will only retain your Personal Data for as long as
necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected and processed, including
for the purposes of satisfying any legal, regulatory, accounting or reporting
