Dry curd distribution. Pre-draining system for open-structure cheeses like Tilsiter or Rossiysky-type cheeses. Previously mounted on an APV OPD pre-press. The curd/whey mix is pumped to the system where the whey is drained off and the curd falls down in a prepress. Width of spreader: 170 cm. Feed of product approx. 40 m³/h. Documentation available.
