Forming, Filling, Sealing (FFS) machine for single portion mini cups with butter. Format: 25-packs per stroke (5 lines times 5 filling heads). Stations: Forming foil from the roll with date in the bottom, piston doser (8-14 gram) for butter with direct connection (CIP cleanable, servo driven), sealing with aluminum foil from the reel, punch station in piece by piece, outfeed of cups. Machine has the framework for polycarbonate windows but the polycarbonate windows itself are not available. Control panels with controls available. Instruction manuals available.
