Vacuum process tank with double jacket for heating and cooling. Equipped with two agitators for optimal mixing. Heavy-duty high-speed rotor/stator-screen-propeller mixer powered by an 18.5 kW motor running at 2,920 rpm, complemented by a scraper agitator in the cylindrical section with a 0.86 kW motor and a maximum speed of 32 rpm. The jacket can withstand pressures up to 4 bar, while the tank itself can operate under vacuum down to -0.8 bar and overpressure up to 0.99 bar, with built-in overpressure and under pressure safety valves mounted on top. Product discharge is easily managed through a 1.5" APV bottom valve with a position sensor, mounted at a height of 93.5 cm. The tank is also equipped with a sampling valve and internal lighting for convenient operation. Accurate process monitoring is ensured with pressure, temperature, and level sensors at the bottom, along with a high-level sensor at the top. Two top connections allow for CIP spray balls (currently not installed). The tank features a 272 mm round manhole and stands on three adjustable feet.
The internal dimensions are 88.5 cm in diameter with a cylindrical height of 85 cm. Top-side connections include three 2.5" DIN ports and one DN80 port, along with four 2.5" side connections and two 2" DIN bottom connections.
