Double-walled and insulated vertical mixing tank. Formerly used for cooling and mixing cream. Top-driven Jongia JDR propeller stirrer, 0.21 kW - 230 rpm. Jacket: test pressure 10 bar, insulated side and bottom walls, tank atmosphere pressure. Product outlet 1 x 3" DIN (without valve). Outlet height: 147 cm. With cleanable sampling valve. 3 sensors in the base: temperature, pressure, and level. Level sensor at the top and safety sensor on the manhole cover. With air vent, sight glass with lamp, 1 spray nozzle, manhole in the top, round diameter 43 cm. 4 adjustable feet, internal dimensions: tank diameter 120 cm - cylindrical height 220 cm.
