On +/+ press line Temperature sensor, Tubular heat exchangers steam-water with steam control valve and condensate trap, Filter, check valve, detergent injection point.
On -/- Return line Conductivity sensor (E&H Promag 10) Temperature sensor, flowswitch.
2 x Single jacketed tank, volume: 800 ltr with 2 x levelsensors (high and low)
2 x Dosing pumps for cleaning detergent.
Stainless steel control panel with Siemens S7-300 controls and Siemens HMI Touchscreen operator panel, frequency converter for pumps.
To make and direct feed hotwater to the unit there is A Hotwater feed Pumps and circulation pumps: Make: Grundfoss CRN15-02 water pump (2,2 kW) - and make: APV W+22/20 centrifugal pump (1,5 kW / Ø 110 mm) and Tubular heatexchanger: VDL Klima HU21.13-RRR-100-S THE. outside skid.
