Complete cheese slicing & packaging line in hard & soft foil. Consisting of:
1) Horizontal cutting machine - To cut square (max. 50x50) or rectangular Euroblock 300x500x100mm into rectangular bars of approx. 100x100mm. Including 52cm wide Groba TB-554 infeed belt, Siemens control.
2) Cutting and portioning machine - machine of robust and self-supporting construction .- automatic infeed system WEBER model: CCE-MOV, MN. CCE 404-482. With 2 lines output. - slice thickness variable from slice to 150 grams block pieces.- cutting head drive cutting speed up to 600 slices/min. (depending on product), stacked and shingled - Circular knife D460 blue coated, recently replaced. - with inter leaver paper device, to put an 'anti-stick' paper between the slices (especially for smoked/processed cheese). Including: Electronic checkweigher, model: Web99LC CCW-100 rejection of over- and underweight portions, conveyor belt, spare parts set, documentation. After the cutting machine, the product can be packed in 2 different packaging machines, by a split conveyor belt, the conveyor belt can send the product to: Line 1:
3) Thermoforming Machine Multivac. For both soft and hard foil, 3 lines.- including 3" roll holder for upper and lower web.- vacuum pump - gas flushing system - forming system A (standard die set): side evacuation/gas flushing system, die set designed for semi-rigid film, Cutting tool distance 3,555-4,055 mm, knife-free zone for inserting product 1,500 mm, chain CRG-L-Hyg, control IPC 06, 2x side cutters QRF. 3-lane/2-row (= 6 packages/stroke) package dimensions: external approx. 127/132 x 185/200 mm, easy opening (e.g. peeling corner). Peeling corner at the front. Multivac attachments supplied with the machine: Labeling machine, in the Multivac itself by movement over the packages.
