Scraped heater - cooler set. Previously used as sterilizer. including 3 holding tubes, holding times: 30 - 30 - 210 seconds (various options possible on swing bend panel). Each scraped heat exchanger has a temperature indicator on water and product. 2x Sets of APV Crepaco 3VT422 scrape surface heat exchangers, vertically mounted. Diameter tube approx 10 cm, diameter rotor 3,5 cm, length of tube 65 cm, 2 scrapers on the rotor. 1 skid with heaters (by steam indirect), each unit has its own control valve (Samson) and temperature controller in the electronic panel. 1 skid with 3 tubes used as cooler. Scrapers hydraulic (oil pressure) driven and a separate hydro set. Including P&ID, spare parts list and the operating manual.
