Temperature cycles adjustable: in 5 °C - 50/55° - 70/100°C - various holding tubes in insulated box 10/15/30''- 68/98°C - 50/55°C - 6°C. Indirect hot water system with steam, cooling with city and ice water. 2 Grundfos centrifugal water pumps. The unit has its own control panel with frequency convertors, Siemens S7 PLC and Siemens touch screen, dimensions: 140 x 220 x 280 cm. 2) Dosing unit with 4 dosing pumps mounted on a mobile frame with table. Prominent Delta, 1608NPE, dosing rate of each pump: 7,8 l/h, 16 bar, unit has its own control panel with Siemens S7 PLC and Siemens touch screen. Dimensions: 140 x 220 x 220 cm. 3) Ultrafiltration unit with an outfeed of 3-40 liter per hour, 2 stages. Balance tank 500 liter with agitator, feed pump of 960 liter per hour at 4 bar. Plate heat exchanger, preheater with 2 sections, 5°C - 60 °C, UF1, PF plate and frame filter system with plate filter. CONSEP Filter Module, Membrane Type: 10kda PES, max 20 m2. Jung Hyghspin 90 twin/double screw circulation pump 49 m3/h at 10 bar, UF2, plate and frame filter. CONSEP Filter Module, Membrane Type: 10kda PES, max 10 m2, UF1 and UF2 could run each only or in series. Jung Hyghspin 90 double /twin screw pump 32 m3/h at 8 bar. 2 Alfa Laval centrifugal pumps, Grundfos centrifugal pump, Lobbe pump, 3 tubular heat exchangers in which 2 for product and 1 for water.
