Hermetic bacterial removal separator / bactofuge, self cleaning. Including bowl (bowl speed: 4.265 rpm), new (Brook) motor 37kW, stainless steel motor cover, base frame, sludge collecting cyclone, pneumatic counter pressure valve milk, OWM, constant water pressure device. All piping for seal water, with flow switch. Air tight design with internal bactofugat recirculation for minium outlet of bactofugat only through the discharge < 0,15% of total flow (no bactofugat outlet). Capacity Range 20.000 - 40.000 ltr/h. Inlet pressure up to 6 bar. Water control cabinet. New Control cabinet build in 2023 according (UL507 USA standards), with Siemens PLC Simatic CPU S7-1200, Siemens KTP700 Hmi Touch screen operation panel, Frequency converters (Schneider Altivar), the machine can run on 50 or 60Hz (worm wheel 50hz). Currently no tools, can be offerd upon request. machine comes with a full warranty.
