Industrial corundum stone mill designed for the wet grinding, dispersing, and homogenizing of products ranging from liquid to highly viscous (paste-like) products. Previously used for skimmed milk with powder. Vertical design. Rotor/stator principle - Stator (stationairy corendum stone Ø160 mm) - Rotor (corundum stone Ø160 mm). Built on mobile SS frame with eccentric screw pump and control panel. Stone distance (axial/negative grinding gap) adjustable by handwheel in increments of 5 microns or more and direct gauge reading. Adjustment can even be done during operatin. Motor: 11 kW - 22,0 A - 2.920 rpm - 50 Hz. Speed adjustable via Danfoss frequency converter and potentiometer on control panel. Product feed via L&M eccentric screw pump (type: LMHS025.1BLNR-OR, 1,1 kW) with manual mechanical variator. Working pressure up to 6 bar. Mill case double jacketed for cooling or heating. With set of tools.
