Fully mechanical reconditioned milk and whey skimmer, designed for warm milk or whey skimming with a soft stream inlet. The machine is self-cleaning and equipped with 20 new discs in the bowl.
The unit includes the bowl, motor, motor cover, base frame, pressure transmitter and pneumatic counter-pressure valve on the skim side, as well as a flow transmitter and automatic flow regulation valve for cream. It is also supplied with maneuvering water valves (OWM), a complete set of tools with ring key and pressing tool, and an operation manual with spare parts catalogue. The motor has a power of 55.0 kW, 92.0 A, 1,791 rpm at 60 Hz, and is driven by a belt drive. A new control system can be offered as an option.
