These mixers are there to put more energy in the butter, front plate mixers themselves are excluded. The 2 pin mixers are used for improving the quality of the butter ensuring the finest water dispersion and making it packable. Each pin mixer consists of a rotor (52rpm) and stator creating great sharing forces to bring energy into the butter. Including new Siemens S7 PLC and Siemens HMI.
