The conveyor system has a control box with 4 frequency converters and Siemens S5 PLC. 2. Weighing conveyor. Brand: Alpma Bandwaage. 3. Cheese cutting machine. The cutting machines sets a length for the cheese through the vertical cutting knife. The dosed feed takes care of an accurate weight. Feed conveyor width: 30 cm and vertical moved cutting knife: 36 cm. The cheese cutting machine has a control box with Siemens S5 PLC. 4. Check weigher. Brand: Alpma, Hygenie Kontrollwaage AHW 300C. This machine weights the cheese after cutting. When the weight is not correct the machines pushes it out automatically. 5. Cheese buffering system. The buffering system buffers the already cut cheeses to keep the line running. A vertical movement arm lifts the cheese in a temporary position and moves the cheese back on the conveyor if possible. Belt wide 17cm. Control box with Siemens S5. 5. Hayssen flow wrapper. This machines forms a bag from a roll and put the cheese in, add gas and seals the bag.
