Set of 4 process tanks with U-shaped agitators and controls (laboratory scale). Four double-jacketed process tanks of 20 litres each, with a total capacity of 80 litres. The unit is mounted on a stainless steel frame with six adjustable feet and was previously used for yoghurt production. The tanks can operate either separately or simultaneously. Each agitator has independent speed control ranging from 0 to approximately 200 revolutions per minute, manually adjustable on the gearbox. The jacket pressure is rated at 3 bar. Motor power is 0.55 kW per agitator. The system is equipped with a safety cord and emergency stop.
