Continuous ice cream freezer with one cylinder, new scrapers, and an ammonia (NH₃) refrigeration system. Equipped with pumps and a Siemens Simatic S7 PLC with touchscreen control. Recent maintenance on the dasher, cylinder, and pumps (report available). Connections: product pump 2" Tri-Clamp, mix pump 1.5" Tri-Clamp. Nominal capacity based on mix with 10.5% butterfat, 37.5% total solids, and standard sugar/stabilizer composition. Inlet temperature 4.4°C, outlet -5.5°C. Cooling capacity at -33°C.
