Cheese dimensions Cylindric diameter: 75cm height 15 -18cm after pressing.
Used in Emmenthaler but also possible for other semi-hard cheeses
Line exists out of:
2 pieces Draining, Pressing and turning system systeem, for 6 moulds each, 1 Filling tube where the curd is pumped in and whey drained out. (2 x Henseller St. Gallen Type M 3200-5 + Type M 3200-2). Including framework.
12 Plastic moulds round 75mm microperforated with cover and net which are placed in the press system.
Brine / turn cages, 9 pieces for 4 cheeses each, have a rotation and locking mechanism. With 32 round leakage/drying nets with SS support plates and plastic support belts (to keep the shape during brining). 7 support mobile frames.
4 pieces movable trolleys with turning frame each for 7 cheeses.
1 piece turning device square.
