Infeed of the blocks by a infeed conveyor. Butter blocks are first crushed and reduced to small pieces by the BPR 380 crushing tank (power: 30 kW motor). Then, the RD 550 reworker (power: 22 kW) will homogenize and texture the butter. Outfeed of the butter by a Waukesha butter pump (power: 15 kW motor). Including hot water set usable to heat up the double jacket of the machine (up to 32 °C) when working without a texturizer after the reworker in production. CIP: to clean the inside of the crushing tank and reworker after production (up to 90 °C water temperature). Including control panel, the frequency converters and HMI.
