Pilot or small scale production fermentation unit, 6 x 40 ltr tanks mounted in a mobile frame. with Z – Shaped Gate agitator, Double jacketed tanks, variable speed. Temperature controlled. Cooling / heating of each tank individually. Sample drains. CIP circulation pump with spray balls in the tanks. Product discharge eccentric screw pump. The unit has 6 separate systems with 6 water circulation pump, 6 electric heating element (3kW), 6 Brazed heatexchanger with automatic valves to heat and cool in the tanks. Including control panel with temperature of each tank and speed control (Danfoss) of the agitators. Connections: Electric, cooling water and normal water (For cooling and CIP).
