Milk pasteurization unit. Complete skid mounted unit with all piping, valves on one stainless steel frame. Temperature scheme of milk: in 4°C -> outlet to homogeniser and/or separator (homogeniser/separator excluded) -> at approx. 60-65 °C -> pasteurization adjustable 72 - 95 °C -> holding 20 sec. -> out 4 °C. Main component: plate heat exchanger, manufacturer: SPX-APV model: N35 (serial nr 71559). Working pressure: 10 bar. Beam length: 140 cm, 4 sections: 26-15-105-26 plates (total 172). Holding tube mounted on top of the skid. Infeed balance vessel 200 liter with 1x CIP spray ball, manhole in top (round 30 cm), level sensors. Feed pump, APV W 22/20 dairy feed pump (impellor 95 mm - motor 1,1 Kw). APV W+55/35 dairy booster pump (impellor 180 mm - motor 3,0 Kw). With Siemens flow transmitter, pressure sensors (over pressure system, milk on raw milk side is maintained at higher pressure than on pasteurized milk side by a booster pump and controlled by pressure transmitters) and temperature sensors. Flow diversion and circulation valve (make APV). Steam heated with steam control valve Bürkert, hot water circulation pump and steam/ hot water exchange set. There is a swing bend panel with 8 connections x 2,5" SMS connections to connect the in and outgoing lines of milk and CIP loops. Operation by touch screen. Controls: Siemens Simatic S7 and Color HMI (needs repair). Jumo temperature recorder. Skid made by Tewes Bis (Poland). Model: UPM.
