The installation consists of a stainless steel (SS) support framework with working platform and stairs, a mixing and cooking tank, a trolley/bin elevator for loading including safety fencing, two standard norm trolleys, one norm trolley with a built-on mixer, a balance vessel with pump, a control panel, a swing bend panel, and all related valves and piping. The line was previously used to produce red berry compote.
