The powder mixer is designed for blending powders and liquids for recombined dairy products, sugar solutions, brine, and any application where powder is added first and then dissolved in liquid. The TPM+ 1 features a motor directly coupled to the mixer. It includes a hopper with a capacity of approximately 100 liters, a 170 mm impellor, and a 7.5 kW motor operating at 13.9 Nm and 2,915 rpm at 50 Hz. A manual butterfly valve is mounted on the infeed beneath the hopper.
