Mechanical overhauled machine for pre-mincing, vacuumizing, mixing and emulsifying. Direct steam injection by 4 nozzles. Pre-cutting bowl size of 385 liter. Capacity: up to 3.000 kg/h depending on product and process. In the pre-cutting bowl the product is mixed and pre-minced if needed under vacuum and with direct steam injection. Then, the product is run through the emulsifier which is located under the pre-cutting bowl. 2 pre-mincing motors: 44 kW - 2800 rpm. Emulsifier motor: 75 kW - 2.950 rpm. Scrape agitator motor: 5.5 kW - 13,5 / 26,5 rpm. Old style control panel (no PLC). Electrics not rebuilt but working. Including spare parts and documentation.
