A Cheese (or other products) Cutting and vacuum packaging line. The cheeses are cut (2 knives available: round in 28 pcs or rectangular-shaped cheeses) in the Alpma vertical cutting machine in small pieces, approx. 250-500gr and put in a preformed plastic bag. There are 2 bag loading devices (Cryovac BF or BL14 ) which blow the bag open with a blower (1,1 kW) After this, the open bags are put in 2 semi-automatic Chamber vacuum machines (Multivac C700 and VC999) with vacuumize and seal multiple bags at the same time. The closed bags are automatically transported through a metal detector (make: S+S model Genius) to a Hot water dip shrink tunnel (Multivac SE115) and a drying tunnel (Multivac TE115). In this factory the cheese was dipped in herbs or smoked before packaging, also the sausages from our offer nr 24-33-01 were packed in this line.
