Crystalliser. Scraped surface heat exchanger for margarine, shortening or puff pastry. Product pressure: 50 bar. 4 Product cylinders. Tube: Ø 105 mm and length 1.100 mm. Cooling surface per tube: 0,36 m². Rotor: ± Ø  90 mm (hexagonal) with stainless steel knives. Cooling medium: Ammonia, NH3, pressure: 15 bar, -15/40°C. 1 ammonia system including ammonia control valve (Danfoss). 2 x ± 7 liter intermediate SS pin mixers on cooling cylinder, diameter 150 mm, length 360 mm. 13 pins on the shaft and 11 pins on the cylinder housing. Including spare parts manual. Excluding controls.
